Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days unless otherwise noted within the listing. Please let us know if you need it quicker. Occasionally you may be contacted by an individual artist/maker directly to discuss additional processing time. If your order includes items from more than one artist/maker the full order may arrive in separate parcels and/or at different delivery times. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

 

Collection Information

You will receive an email or text message alerting you that your order is ready to be collected. We aim to have your order ready for you within 24 hours but this may occasionally be longer especially for made-to-order items. Please get in touch if you have any queries or issues.
